Tayana Jean Pierre MD, MPH
Founder
Tayana is a firm believer in health equity and social justice. She obtained her master's degree in Public health with a concentration in international health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public health and was a Cheng Fellow at the Social Innovation and Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School. When she’s not advocating for change, you’ll find her dancing, lost in a book, or grooving to jazz, sometimes all at once!
Ludjie Jean Pierre MD, MPH
Co-Founder
Ludjie is driven by a deep passion for eradicating sexually transmitted diseases and is determined to pursue an infectious disease fellowship after internal medicine residency. Beyond medicine, she thrives on the tennis court or explores scenic trails, embracing both challenge and adventure.



Gancharlem Charlemagne MD
Executive Officer
Charlem is dedicated to the well-being and empowerment of young women in Haiti. A long-time volunteer with the Red Cross Youth and leader in the National Scout Association of Haiti, he is deeply committed to humanitarian action. With a background in management from Laval University and specialized training in the clinical management of HIV/TB opportunistic infections from PAHO/WHO, he focuses on improving access to care and raising awareness about infectious diseases, contributing to better public health outcomes in his community.

Lisa Bonhomme MD
Program Director
Lisa Dona Bonhomme, is pursuing a Master’s in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, focusing on Haitian women's access to reproductive health services in Canada. For her doctorate, she studied sexual and reproductive health knowledge among young adolescent in rural Haiti. Passionate about education, she is a Teaching Assistant, Vice President of Communication and Mentorship for her program, and the program director of Santé Tifi where she led the Sante Tifi Curriculum initiative. Her interests include health systems, patient-centered care, and improving life quality for vulnerable populations. She aims to bridge public health and medicine for meaningful impact.



Fabiola Romain MD
Program Coordinator
Jennifer Fabiola Romain, a Haitian general practitioner and the eldest of four siblings. She is passionate about learning and giving back to her community. Fabiola is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at Université Quisqueya, studying Philosophy and Political Science at Université d'état d'Haiti and spend part of her time at SKALA school health program for the St. Luc Foundation. She is deeply committed to women's rights, social empowerment. A dedicated reader, she aspires to a future that blends public health and politics. Loving and ambitious, she moves forward with determination and optimism.

Chrystelle Charles MD, MSc
Co-Founder
Chrystelle Charles is a Haitian general practitioner with a master’s in bioinformatics from the Université de Montréal. Passionate about data-driven solutions, she is dedicated to improving healthcare and uplifting her community, particularly those affected by sickle cell disease in the Haitian-Quebecois population.Her commitment to positive change led her to Santé Tifi, where she manages data to drive impactful initiatives. A firm believer in youth empowerment and gender equality, Chrystelle strives to create lasting opportunities for the next generation, ensuring they have the tools to thrive and succeed.



Kemly Azor MD
Program Coordinator
Kemly works at a community health center dedicated to serving low-income residents, providing essential care to those in need. Through his work, he has built deep, trusting relationships with his patients and the broader community where he lives, becoming a valued and compassionate presence in their lives.

Deeply connected to Haitian culture, he expresses his passion through Haitian folklore dance and teaching, integrating this cultural expertise into his work with Santé Tifi. He brings a unique understanding of traditional practices and rural community ‘savoir-faire,’ which has been instrumental in adapting the sexual and reproductive health curriculum to the local culture. By bridging tradition and healthcare, he fosters a holistic approach that makes the curriculum more engaging and relevant for young people, encouraging their active participation and involvement.
Daniel Brun
Finance Director
Daniel Brun, is a Palm Beach State College graduate with a B.A. in Business Administration. His passion for social and health equity began while volunteering on a medical ship in Haiti. Through his family initiative, Daniel works to develop cost-effective energy solutions for low-income families, which has been recognized by the U.S. Embassy in Haiti. This initiative has also helped build schools in high-violence areas, providing education to children and addressing the roots of inequality.
